Saint Anns Ob/gyn Clinic

The worst and most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. I've been dealing with a problem for a year now that I've seen many doctors and other obgyns about and haven't received any help, so I was recommend to St Ann's OBGYN by a doctor. after waiting a month for my appt I went in and the wait time wasn't long but once I got in the room a lady came in who said she was from another practice and was taking the place of the Doctor who was supposed to be meeting with me because they were out of the office. she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. asked me what my issue was I tried to explain and she rudely interrupted and was like okay let's do this. does a pap, culture and urinalis all in five minutes. shoves the plastic thing right into my vagina dry, doesn't even explain anything she is doing to me and wala says we will call you with any results and that was it. ive never been so mad, the day I was really looking forward to to get some answers and that happens.
