Widmer's Cleaners Hyde Park

Dropped off my uniform to have 2 tapes and a rank sown. I go to pick it up and they forgot to sow the rank. I inform them of this and they ask me when I want to pick it up next. I say tonight because I was on a deadline. So after looking annoyed, the sowing lady takes 5 minutes to sow my rank on. I would have forgiven all of this if the lady did not inform me that she doesn’t work for free and wants payment in cash. As if it is my fault that they forgot to do their job right the first time... paying to get the entire job right is no big deal to me. But being treated as if I’m burdening them for asking for what was ORIGINALLY supposed to happen is pretty bad customer service. Not coming back to this location. Avoid at all cost.
