I have been dining at Windchimes for over 25 years. Valentine's Day this year was my last. I ordered dinner for my family. The dinner was one the worst meals we have ever ordered. Not just one dish but all of them. I called and talked to the manager and they didn't want to do anything to correct our dinner. I asked the manager if there had been any changes and she told me new ownership. Well I will tell you it has gone from the best Chinese restaurant in Dublin to the worst. I spent my last dollar with them. If you love in Dublin I recommend Sesame Sea. There food is fantastic. If anyone is hungry I can give you my address. I have five dinners I can leave out on the front porch.
