The care I received from this office was only adequate. I spend most of my appointment educating & advocating for my healthcare. Not that big of a deal, but just made it clear that this was not the doctor's office for me (ladies involved in alt lifestyles, steer clear.)
The biggest issue I've had is with the office staff. I was sent a bill, saying my insurance was declined. I called to inquire what was going on, and didn't receive a call back for a few days. When I did receive a call back, I was assure it was due to a cleric error on their behalf, and that they transposed my insurance ID numbers. I was assured it was a simple accident, that they definitely took my insurance, and that it shouldn't be a problem. Please note, I saw this office sometime in November 2017.
It is now almost the end of March, and I received a letter from them saying they're turning my account over to collections for non-payment. This was a basic yearly examine, fully covered by my insurance and exempt from my deductible - I don't even have a copay for these situations.
Edit:
I spoke with the Billing Manager today and this occurred because of a system issue. Very happy it was resolved without me having to deal with anyone in collections.
