Service Writer Tom was very pleasant and professional, the techs that I met we're equally professional and had a great sense of humor .
The quote for our required part was incredibly high and they didn't balk at all when I said woah ... I'm going to order that from another vendor (which saved us $2500).
They installed and programmed the ecm / tcm in short order with reasonable fees.
