I had worked all weekend to try and fix this issue with no resolve. A friend from my church recommended WyattWorks. I called WyattWorks Plumbing and they sent Chad Eddy out to have a look. First off, I was more than impressed with the way they send you an email when the technician is on their way which contains a photo of the tech and a short bio! When Chad arrived he was very attentive to what I had already done and was very positive and easy to talk to. It turns out my problem was much harder than I thought. Chad snaked the line and had to replace piping 2 times and the clog was still there. After disappointment of it backing up again, Chad snaked the line even further and was able to get the clog out and still maintain a fun positive attitude (it was already 5:30pm..) and he had already worked a full day. Chad is also a veteran like myself! Great to see veterans being hired and doing great work. I would HIGHLY recommend Chad Eddy and WyattWorks to anyone needing plumbing work!
