This store definitely needs to work on their customer service. I still buy many Zara items online because the store does not have a decent selection of shoes and accessories. There have been a few times where I have had to return items that I bough online because the fit is wrong. I have been given the third degree about returning items that I have never worn, still have the tags on them, still had the e receipt, and were clearly bought online. One sales lady wanted to know exactly why the shoes did not fit as if I owed her an explanation. Corporate needs to send some people to Beachwood and train their staff on the importance of good customer service.
