I would give negative stars if possible. I dropped my car off Thursday 9am.. called for updates.. was told by the owner their guy quit on them and to bring my car back the next day and he’d do the job and take off $20. Great. Stuff happens. Drop car off Friday morning.. called multiple times for an update on when I can pick up my car and NOTHING.. no answer or returned calls. I show up and my car is there.. in the same spot...just as dirty as I left it. To the owner (Dayle) - you wasted 2 days.. inconvenienced not only me, but my girlfriend who took time out of her busy schedule to take me back and forth. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Never again.. you lost my business for good and everyone I talk to. I’ll tell them to go anywhere, but 360. Good luck running a business this way.. I hope you have a second job... you’re going to need it.
