My experience here, as I sit in your lobby kind of disgusts me.
When I ordered the food, the cashier was really nice to me and started my experience off good. When I was waiting for my food (which I ordered to eat in..so the eat in tax was applied) - your manager on this shift decided to toss my food into a paper bag, literally toss it onto the counter - did not say my name, approach me with a smile, or offer me even sauces for my food that is apparently no longer meant to be eaten in the dining area. One of my sandwiches became unwrapped and was sitting in the bag open and exposed as well. You may “have the meats” Arbys, but I’m not impressed with the guest services of your management team.
