Meeting Kyle Strait was an extreme pleasure on my part. From his sincere hand shake to his knowledgeable information regarding the automobile in question. The test drive went perfect. When the time came to negotiate, Kyle was there with the paper work in hand, even when his manager had stepped out. To Kyle's credit he didn't miss a step in filling in for his missing mentor. The price was discussed in length and I spent some more time examining the car. In the end, I informed Kyle I would review everything and get back with him shortly. Long story short, I spoke with Kyle that evening and in his ever so polite way, basically said name your price! To tell the truth, I was speechless, and I told him I would give him a reply the next day. Unfortunately, I didn't get that chance, his Sales Manager stated the car had been sold when I called back. My mistake. In closing though, I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone shopping for a car in Boardman Ohio and give KUDOS, all the way around to Preston Auto Group for having the insight to hire such a fine salesman.

This dealer ship has poor customer service. I bought a car for my daughter and the minute I got in the car to drive home ,I first noticed the radio and cd player didn't work. I stopped and told the sales man and he said to call Monday. It was almost 4pm and they were about to close so my son and I left and got lunch down the street. When I came out from D.Q the key would not turn. Five minutes later I got the car to start and drove the 91 miles home. The car drove fine and I parked it on the drive way. The next day I couldn't get the key to turn. On Monday my wife called and got nowhere so I called and asked for the sales manager. When I told him that I was having all these problems he told me that they lost money on the deal and that all deals are final. I offered to take my car back because I didn't want the dealer to loose money and he said he couldn't do that either. I finally got the car started by having someone come to my house and fix it on my drive way. So I learned from this one. I got the car at a fair price but they couldn't have went over this car very well and the sales manager needs to fine another way to make a living!
