First, Id like to say that Dr. Thornson is an amazing and kind vet. His staff however is rude ,condescending and the reason I left. As many other posters have said, the secretary and manager are as rude as can be. Sad that such a wonderful, kind and amazing veterinarian is losing clients because of his staff.
