Katana Buffet

I wish I can rate it lower the staff was rude. Me wife and I tried the hibachi and the guy cooking the food snatched the plate from my hand and then proceeded to flip my raw steak and raw chicken then with the same spatulas serve up a fully cooked meal on to a plate and give it to another lady. The staff cleaning the counters would just cut you off and clean instead of letting you get food and then go back to cleaning never used the word excuse me. When we were getting sat the girl taking us to the table walked so fast we lost her and dident know where she went will never come back here had one plate of food and left. Talked to a manager and they would not even give me my money back $27 for nothing!!!!

This place has such good tasting food and it's always fresh and hot. The service is excellent and the price is good. Keep up the great work everyone!

WORST BUFFET EVER!! We had to catch up to our hostess n she set the silver ware down n leaves out, so pretty much had to find our table. Everyone that works here is awful, they cut u off with carts and step right in front of u to clean stuff. Food is cold n has some weird textures in it. Hibachi is a joke, I had 4 shrimp n ended up w 2. One was still raw n one was burnt. Prices r no where to be found so we ended up paying like $37 and did not get a refund!
