Went there twice in the past week with technical problems with my phone, couldn't trouble shoot it because the phone was dead and an hour of charging and the phone was still at 1 percent, they told me they didn't have a Samsung charger ???? Really ?they gave me a hot line # to call for trouble shooting, I don't like talking to people on the phone and that's the reason I took it to a store so I could talk to someone face to face ! So I took the phone home and it was at full charge in less then an hour ! Took it back the next day with a full charge this time and they wouldn't even look at it, told me they have done all they can do , get on line and get another one !!! Seems to me unless your there buying a phone and getting signed up for a new service , nobody has the time for you !! Will start going farther away to the dayton mall from now on !
