I went to Dr. Scaravelli for a few years, with no issues. During one routine visit, I brought in my kitties with my boyfriend, who at the time all had eye infections/ conjunctivits. Dr. Scaravelli told me that the likely cause was bacterial and viral, as one might expect - probably chlamydia or herpes. She eyed both me and my boyfriend skeptically and asked if either of us had chlamydia or herpes, which was awkward and unprofessional. When we told her no we did not, her demeanor still didn't change and the rest of the exam was still awkward. I work in healthcare, so I understand her needing to r/o things diagnostically, but it was the accusing manner in which she did it. It's been years since I went to her for vet care, but I still remember how we were treated and would never recommend them.
