Here's my experience today: Came back from last week's appointment to have a 40 year old filling replaced due to hairline cracks. A minute after being given the traditional topical "numbing stuff" on the qtip before the actual numbing shot, Dr. K settled into his chair ready to work. I asked if he was going to give me any Novacaine and he looked at me with a weird look. "I gave you the shot", he said. I almost pulled a muscle in my face from disbelief! Moral: for those of you who don't like needles (and I'm admitting I have passed out a couple of times giving blood) this is your guy! Amanda was awesome, Karen superb and Evelyn and Jackie were very conversational and nice as I left. I'm a business owner and understand how important it is to treat people respectfully and fairly. They surpass my expectations when I'm there. If you are considering a new dentist and new friendlier team of professionals who will treat you like family (provided your family likes you!), give these folks a visit. You'll be happy with your decision!

The doctor here is great at what he does! I never felt any pain when I was getting dental work done. HOWEVER, this poor rating is based off of the horrible experience I had when it came to Billing. I was told what the insurance company would will pay and what I need to pay out-of-pocket then a week later would get an additional bill on what the insurance did NOT pay like they had “quoted”. I was being billed on what they assumed insurance would pay. After dealing with the rude employees and almost 4 months of getting the correct billing when I went to pay my final bill I asked to use two cards for payment. $200 on discover and $164 on debit. I was then charged $364.00 on discover and $164 on debit. No phone call of the mistake but an email saying sorry and it would be refunded. Personally a phone call would’ve been more appreciated as it was alarming to see the full amount charged to credit and I didn’t get the email until after I called them back. In the end, Your Smile Team, is not going to receive any further business from me and I am looking for a new dentist.
