First off the cavs game is on so I’m pressed for time already. I try calling ahead but the line says it busy yet when I enter the phone not even being used. A young lady takes my order and shouts it out to the cooks(right behind her) and they acknowledge her. She tells me they wait time will be 20 minuets. I returned 20 minuets later to find out they never even took my order & another lady asks me to pay... I informed her I paid already & I left again. When I came back the third time I was asked... to pay...again....really ?
