U-Haul Moving & Storage at Georgesville Road

Called in to make payment the service representative had me on the phone for several minutes then told me her computer was down that she could not take payment the next day i called to make my payment then was informed that since i didn't make payment the day before they charged me a late fee i tried to have them remove the late fee and was told i had to go to the location once i got to the location they told me there was NOTHING they could do so im stuck paying extra becouse of there company company was down sounds like a way to over charge the customer thanks uhaul
