Cross Mound Park

So glad we went for a hike here....pretty easy trail....could be marked a little better...would like to know more about the story behind the mound but the park guide left before we could talk with her...also what is the story of a new "grave site" on the park property marked by a cross and letter in a ziplock bag??

I can't believe I've never been here. My grandparents lived less than 5 miles away. I've been in this area all my life. It is beautiful. The energy here is wonderful. It was very peaceful and serene. I also found a buckeye. I look forward to going back.
