Poor quality and terrible service! I am paying $75.00 to glue a wire back onto a permanent retainer. I just called Burton Haglers office to see what they charged for this and to my surprise... It is free because that was factored into the cost of the braces! We are transferring immediately! I wish I had done this sooner to save me all the $75.00 here and $150.00 there extra costs.
