I was concerned with the other reviews and their bad experiences but my insurance recommended that my car should be repaired there. It took about a week and half to be repaired but I didn't pick it up until 2 weeks later because of weather conditions. They were very kind about me leaving my car there as I crashed it the first time because of snow. I was expecting that when I picked it up, my car would look like it was obviously repaired but she looked better than when I got her. I drove her home no problem and overall very happy with my experience. I pay for my car and the expenses that go with it. I never dealt with any rudeness, I even hugged the lady who drove my car up to the building. I'll make sure to update this review if I have any problems with the car.

Also took my cm truck there in a insurance claim, had front end damage so I had them paint my hood, it came out like garbage, then I get in my truck after dropping the rental car key in the box, have an engine light in and ran horrible, my head light had water in it, they broke of my shifter knob and super glued it back on crooked, they fix my hood got a macco paint job and my truck still ran like s--t, they said a spark plug was stripped, no they either left my truck or in the rain with NO hood or power washed it, I take it to get the check engine light figured out it was number 5 spark plug, after they told me first it was number3 than number4 by another guy ended up having 1" of watet down in my spark plug. Please read and repeat Ed Schmidt is the worst. if you care about your care regardless what it is do Not take it to Ed Schmidt. I hope no one goes through what I experienced with this BS company

Took my car in three times for the same issue under an extended warranty. Paid deductible first time. Made me pay again on the third issue because they said another part was bad. Seems like I shouldn't have to pay again if they didn't fix the issue correctly the first time.
