Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Poor service. I was trying to move. They are requiring a utility bill when I just moved. They want a current utility bill and will not take anything else. If a person just move, accept something else. I called the airport, got a rate half the price and none of the hassle. I had been a customer of only Enterprise before this. I will never go back. Too much hassle for the high price.

A lot of bad information from the helpline making my rental experience not so great. On the other hand the staff was great! The local manager Roc at Amherst was great!
