As an existing patient, I called her office about chest pains and they said they'd call back. After not hearing from them for 2 hours, I called them back and they said that I could come in today if I had a recent enough appointment, but because I hadn't I would be considered a new patient, and they could see me 2 months from now. They recommended a $700 trip to the ER instead.
