Took WAY too long. Service that should have taken 20-30 minutes ended up killing an hour and twenty minutes. Won't have service here again. Next car will come from a real dealership from Toledo or Columbus. I showed up at the exact time they specified ... their time not mine ... and the car wasn't even touched for the first 20 minutes. This place doesn't know what the word "service" means.
I liked the salesman I dealt with as a person, but felt like I was being read a script and not just talked to like a person. He was constantly pointing out very basic things to me as if I had never bought a car before. Again, part of the feeling that I was being read a script. I expressed on the phone that a base model was all I was looking for, yet when I showed up the only cars he showed me were 2-3k more than other models that we're on the lot. I had to personally ask to be shown the less expensive options. Out of the gate when he first greeted me he called me Nate. I hold salesman to a higher standard and would think that they would ask me if I prefer to go by Nathan or Nate prior to assuming, but seem to run into this regularly. Petty, but it bugs me. They offered me an attractive and competitive deal, but I decided to buy elsewhere.
