If I could rate the customer service of this hotel it would be a zero. The staff made me feel like a third class citizen. I felt as if they did not want people that looked like me to stay at this hotel. Also, being an employee of this hotel brand I was very embarrassed of how my family and I were treated. They called me and told me that they would cancel my reservation if I felt this hotel was not the place for me before I had even arrived at the hotel.
No muss, no fuss hotel. Clean, friendly staff and attractive pricing. As they are suites, you can cook in the room and you get enough to get going for a pot of coffee.
