Little Caesars Pizza

This was the most disorganized Little Ceasars experience I have ever had. They were completely disconnected from each other. I waited for over 35 minutes for a deep dish pizza that I was told would take 10 minutes. It turned out that an employee had taken my Pizza home with him and they didn't even notice that I hadn't received my order. The guy acted semi-annoyed with me because I was frustrated. I had been awake since 4:00... had driven to Pittsburgh and back and just wanted a quick dinner for my kids and I. Additionally just while I was there I witnessed 3 other orders filled incorrectly. They didn't even offer a proper apology. Sad :-(

I called to order a deep-deep dish pizza. The employee that answered told me I didn't need to order it because the requested pepperoni, is a "hot and ready" pizza. Keep in mind that I was calling 10 minutes prior to my arrival. I get there, and just as I suspected, NO "hot and ready" deep-deep dish pepperoni pizzas were ready. So, I paid, sat there like a chump, waiting for my pizza to be cooked. *Update. I start my drive home, open the box and laugh hysterically. The pizza is burnt. Did they only have a plain, add pepperoni and put in through the oven again to cook the pepperoni? Only they know. Picture added to their gallery. Thanks again. I feel like George Bush...
