The Chubby short nurse lady was extremely rude to me and my daughter. She treated us like crap because my child refused to answer a question that the nurse had no reason to ask in the first place. She was rude and very disrespectful towards me but what's worse is she talked down to my 14 year old daughter and was extremely rude with her to the point I had my daughter get her stuff and we walked out. I swear on all my kids, I'll risk amputation or death before I ever step foot in that severely poor excuse for a doctors office. I hate HDH but will go there way before I even consider going back to Urgent Care. If I had the nurses name I would report her and push the matter till she was fired or transferred to another location. I chose 1 star only because there was no lower options to choose. THANKS FOR NOTHING "URGENT CARE"
