We bought house under construction we had seen on zillow. Realtor spent couple hours with us. She made her sale then lost interest. We asked to see house 4 times to check progress and make sure we got our upgrades. She always ignored our first text. Papers didn't get to bsnk...she would insist she sent them. She sent bsnk info about our upgrades just before closing causing closing to be delayed, but refused to accept culpability. This caused us money and much stress. Asked her to send e-mail to builder ( builder's request) stating we wanted no shelves in master closet as we were going to have them professionally done. She did not do this. She failed to go to final walk through, when we saw shelves in master closet. Asked her why she didn"t send e- mail, she kept saying it should have been an addendum.... she called us day before we finally had a closing and told us builder wanted to put house back on market. Called builder"s rep and they had not said anything of the sort. Showed up at closing and commented that situation was funny. Told her we didn't agree. Said she meant the comedic aspect????? Have already told several people asking for reference our experience. We have moved several times. WORST REAL ESTATE AGENT E V E R!!!
