I have been going to MasterCuts for a year. I kept returning for eyebrow and upper lip waxing because prices were excellent and I always got good service. I was overall satisfied with how the waxing turned out. Today I went in for a normal eyebrow wax and the lady completely botched my brows. Her name was Robin. I asked her specifically to clean my eyebrows up but not to thin them out. I’ve always had good brow structure but wanted to get them cleaned up every so often. I could tell she had not heated up the wax properly. It wasn’t warm enough and so it took forever for her to get the paper stuck to the wax. She repetitively would tweeze my skin while trying to clean up little hairs. It was painful and my entire brow line at the end of the waxing was bleeding. I was really upset to see that my eyebrows were too thin and more more than I’ve ever had them. I’m 21 years old and I’ve tried to maintain the length of my brows. I have worked in customer service so I’m very sensitive to complaining about issues when I go out for anything. I try to be a peaceful person and I try to be understanding but this left me in tears. My eyebrows take forever to grow back and I felt like she didn’t care about what I needed as a customer or what I requested. I don’t feel like she knew what she was doing. I will not be returning.
