Horrible experience. The woman flossed my gums so hard I bled. She jammed the floss up into my gums. I was gripping the bed and had tears coming out. She made a rude comment towards me "it wouldn't hurt if you flossed more"... Mind you, I floss everyday and have nice teeth. Zero cavities. The guy came in and didn't even look at my mouth, told me I was fine, then left the room. I do NOT recommend this dentist. I couldn't even eat for hours because my mouth was so sore from being harshly flossed.
