Awesome gym. I have the whole family involved. My kids take boxing and jujitsu lessons. I take private boxing lessons and I've never felt better. What a great workout. There's something for everyone cardio boxing,self defense, strength confining you name it you can get it here. Dave Graf is and excellent trainer and coach. Great family fun.
