I have found Jeff to be an honest and caring attorney. He has supported me through a very difficult and complicated case. I have and will continue to recommend him over and over again. I wish I would have used him for my initial divorce. He is very knowledgeable and has went above and beyond to help me. He has not taken advantage of me or my situation, money is not the reason he does his job. He explains things fully and has made me very aware of my rights. Jeff went out of his way to find another attorney that was able to help when he couldn't. His secretary is also very prompt and helpful. I highly recommend him!

Mr. Merklin is by far the worst listener I've ever met as a human-being, let alone an attorney. He is jaded to the pain his clients are going through and will treat you like a number. He is so busy in his practice that you should not expect his undivided attention. Expect him to ask you on the way into court to refresh his memory about the details of your case. He is HIGHLY unprepared. Due to being unprepared & completely unconcered about your situation, you have little chance of getting your desired outcome. And instead of arguing for what YOU want, he'll ignore you and argue for what HE thinks you should want. Save yourself the frustration & dissapointment. Keep looking!
