Don't be one minute last past the "15 minute" grace period! Even thou they knew stuck in traffic talkto them several times about on way! Pulled in parking lot st 3:14 they said came in door at 3:19 and would not see after such stress in traffic getting there!
Very disappointed! Never seen a Dr so heartless!
Working at a outpatient center we would NEVER treat our patients like this!
