I am absolutely appalled at the lack of general curiously and service at this location. I waited first in line for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. One person served the customer in front of me while another server train a new person directly over the counter from me without even saying one word to me. Then I decided to leave and still not one person acknowledged anything had happened.My rating would be zero stars if possible. I do not recommend this Cold Stone.
