I have to admit that I am by far someone who complains about service I receive. This is actually the very first time I have done something like this. I must say I have had to deal with some really rude people in my life, but this woman at the front desk of Maddox Insurance company is the rudest, most hateful, person I have EVER dealt with in my life! I sure hope she is the owner of this business because the way she treated me I chose to take my business elsewhere. If she isn't the sole owner I'm sure the owner of Maddox Insurance would like to know how she treats his or her customers. I was referred to Maddox by a friend. When i called my friend to tell him about my experience there, his wife commented that the woman i speak of has not been very nice to her either. They are tired of doing business with someone who treats them with such disrespect. They have decided to also take their business elsewhere. I fully understand if someone is having a bad day or isn't feeling well, but the way I was treated by her was completely out of line. To the owner of Maddox Insurance... You need to do something about her before she completely destroys your business which I am sure you have so very much invested in. Because of her you lost 2 customers in 30 minuets. I am by far a business woman, but I do know the power of good customer service and word of mouth advertisement. This is the first time I have ever posted a review. It's a shame it has to be such a bad one, but even the employees at the BMV and the water department don't hold a candle to being near as rude and hateful as the woman at the front desk of Maddox Insurance! I'm sure the Insurance company my friends and I choose to do business with tomorrow will be very grateful for our business and very grateful for the woman at Maddox Insurance for sending us their way!
