I have visited the store twice for work now and have been amazed both times. The first was back in 2010 when they took my grandma's pearl necklace and transformed it into a short version with a new clasp and used the extra to create a matching bracelet for my wedding. The work was well done, the team was helpful and professional and they have held up still today. Also, I recently dropped off my wedding band and engagement ring to be resized after finally admitting they were not going to fit without it and they were very efficient and prompt and again the work was outstanding. They even noticed my tiny diamond missing and the price to replace it was a shock to me (good) and my rings finally look like new.
