I called in 2 different times today to talk to someone about a reservation and Taylor answered my call both times. BOTH TIMES she hung up on me at the end of our conversation before I was even finished talking. I wasn't even angry when I called, was just talking to her about a reservation and before I could ask anything more she hung up the phone. Didn't say bye or ask if she could do anything else. Just hung up. So rude.
