Lowe's seems to be falling apart. It's always a struggle in there. Whether it's as simple as getting a non-existing cart from the cart isle in the store or finding a board that is not warped, cupped, twisted, or bowed. It is absolutely rediculous how bad those boards are. I believe the issue is how they keep them in their racks. Let me not forget how much some people lack enthusiasm there. Seems like all the new hires lack proper qualities that should be needed to work there. Plus don't throw employees in departments they don't know. Not much help if they can't help.
I am a 20 + years customer of Lowe’s in New Philadelphia, OH. Not anymore. I bought a top load washing machine from them 6 weeks ago. It didn’t work. Since then I’ve had 5 (YES FIVE!) replacements. None of them worked. It took me four calls to the corporate office to get my money back. I’ve been taking my clothes to the laundromat for the past six weeks. Their response was “We’re so sorry that you had issues”.
Heather was knew the product well. Gave me good insight how it could interface with my Harley. Made me feel welcome if I have questions or need other services.
