Guess this place did ok the first visit with my youngest grandson. But make sure you never make a mistake a forget an appt. My daughter had a hectic schedule and forgot the oldest grandson's appt and obviously they are perfect because the refused to reschedule. I could understand if it was a recurring action, but it was his first appt with them. Very disappointing behavior
