Called a week before needing a cart rental and left a message. I'm a busy guy especially in the summertime when my business is in full swing. Then a lady called me back and I missed the phone call. I then called back during their normal business hours a couple times not to get an answer. Finally then I got time to call somebody Saturday for the cart rental that I need it on Monday and he said that he would tell her. I did not get a phone call back until Monday at 12 o'clock. Then it was basically blamed on me and the rudeness began. Which ended with her saying no worries sarcastically and hanging up. Not a very good first impression
