A couple of months ago we purchased a Jetsetter spa from Ohio Pools and Spas. This is the third spa we've had (though the first in Ohio) and, though it is smaller it is by far the best. From the moment I walked into the show room I was treated in a professional manner by a sales staff that was attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. I knew what I wanted and they listened and found a product to fit our limited space. The people I've interacted with on the phone or who came to our house were also respectful and courteous. The best measure of any organization is how they handle things that go wrong. Two errors that occurred during the ordering and installation were corrected in a timely manner and with no cost or trouble to us. This most recent repair was taken care of by Scott on a bitter cold day when he had to work with bare hands to find and repair a tiny leak. He explained exactly what the issue was and how it was corrected. I feel confidant that this issue has been fully resolved and that any further problems will be taken care of just as efficiently. I highly recommend this company, the professionals they employ and the products they sell.
Bought a great pool (Legacy) but have been frustrated for years by lack of communication, etc. from store staff... this is an old complaint with them, never heard a word from my salesperson from the day I purchased the pool... now, trying to find parts...
