I love forever 21 but this particular location is like Walmart . Really long lines and only two people at the register . There were quite a few sales associates on the floor so I asked if any of them could come help check out and a lady who I'm assuming was the manager snobbishly replied "no, that isn't possible" . In other words , they have horrible customer service .
