I would give this branch zero star if I can but 1 is the minimum.
Very unsatisfied with this branch. By far, the worst experience. I had to start a business account. I was told to wait for the manager John. I sat down and waited patiently. 45 min later, one of the tellers noted that I was still waited and instead of checking and reminding the manager that someone is waiting for him, He reassured me that the manager will be with me soon and walked outside the bank to their neighboring Subway for his lunch break. I sat down and waited for 15 more min, the manager never came. I complained to the other teller, who did not know why I was waiting and again did not bother to go in and remind the manager. I walked out.
I am not sure what relationship this brach has between the employees and their manager that they are scared to go in and remind him that a customer is waiting.
I will take my banking somewhere else.
