Ohashi

This is my favorite place for sushi on the West Side. Ohashi is a more traditional sushi house, with authentically prepared rolls using high-quality ingredients. Lots of veggie-friendly options, as well. Edit 4/24/18: the prior, full time sushi chef has retired. His replacement is very kind and did a great job preparing my meal, but the rolls are now a lot bigger. I expect this will appeal to the masses but personally I preferred the small, traditional hosomaki sized rolls.

The food here is amazing. The best quality of fish for sushi. It's a must try if your in the Cleveland area.
