Do not use this place. Tammi San Gregory was my agent here for 7 years. Time and time again, she was unbelievably rude and incompetent. Standard insurance procedures such as issuing temporary insurance for a new car being driven from out of state, she refused to do because she said she knew nothing about them and that their office just didn't do that. Total BS. This woman manages to combine a nasty attitude with a lack of knowledge about her business and it's inexcusable. She left me stranded in impossible situations because of her stubborn stupidity. I should have switched to USAA years ago.
