4 months ago I decided to start a 55gal reef tank. I went to some other stores in the area, but when I walked into Mark and Susan's store it was completely different. I found people that care about their livestock and are passionate about their business. I decided then that they had my business exclusively. They have always answered every question I've had, no matter how stupid, and have always been very professional and fair. They keep clean tanks and a clean store. Lots of frags, and always getting in new coral.
Incidentally, regarding the lengthy negative review from the other gentleman... He had come back into the store looking for turbo snails and I was there. They did not have any come in that week because of the hurricanes down south, and you were very rude to Susan. She tried to help, but not sure how someone can stop a hurricane. Take it for what it's worth, but if you're kind to people, you get kindness back. Just my opinion. Everyone else - give these people a try. It's a great shop!
