Poor service and speed at this location. Not typical of other franchise locations locally. Often a 10 minute wait for sandwiches. I've been here for 15, and they only just started preparing the order. Only two people in line ahead of me, yet 5 employees behind the counter. An unacceptable practice for an organization that prides itself on speed and service.
