A true hidden gem! No, really - I grew up just down the road and has no idea this was here. Lovely, well-maintained trails through densely wooded and swamp/meadow areas, including a boardwalk. Great for hiking and for wildlife, especially birding. You feel like you are quite a long way from any city, even though it is actually very near town.
One star removed because there is no sign visible from the road to identify the place (just an opening in the trees behind a small unpaved parking area) and there are no trail maps. It's impossible to get seriously lost, but in a couple of places you may find yourself backtracking on a side trail or access road.
