So where do I begin...these guys are lying, good for nothing dirtballs. I was looking for a car back in MAY 2016. I was doing most of my searching online and had found a type a vehicle that was exactly what I needed, a station wagon: VIN# 1YVHP82D045N75747. My car was on it's way out, nickel and dime-ing me every 3-4 for months. Being a college grad after the recession has been hard and having my car in the shop every few months was making it harder. At last, I had found a car I would need to help me lug my stuff around. Only downside, this car was 3 hours away in a different state. I scheduled time off of work. However, in the back of my mind, I wasn't sure if I'd make the trip cause my car bled oil like an runny nose. Every few weeks I had to top it off with oil. On the road I went, with spare oil in the trunk hoping to make it. I asked a friend to come along, just in case I were to buy the car. Upon arriving the sales guy Henry Schiavi seemed friendly but beware the used car salesman. Anyway the car was in great condition, looked better in person and compared to the others I drove of the same exact year and model this one seemed to be in the best condition, so I thought. I test drove that car like none other, it was a used car and I had just driven 3 hours to see it so I had to make sure it was worth the trip. I drove that thing for about 20 mins, if not more, hitting breaks, accelerating, turning, whatever I could do in a car, short of being on a race track. Made sure all the gauges, lights, wipers were in order. It seemed up to snuff. I was leaning towards buying the car, but I would not have enough time or money to take it home that day. So I left a CASH deposit, which I asked for in writing to be refundable in case anything were to change. I left feeling good but uneasy, not only for having to put oil in my car for the trip back home but because there was a note in the car stating to be sold "as is." I didn't think too much of it when I first saw it because after driving the car the way I did, everything seemed on the up and up. So home I went but not before buying a car fax history of the car. Everything seemed to be good but the mileage history from it was questionable. Any who, fast forward a week or two later when I was able to schedule another day off to make the trip again, this time hoping to take the car with me. This time however, I had rented a car to make the trip. Upon arriving, I pulled up to see Henry wiping down the car, nice. He offered another test drive, which I gladly took. But this time however, I was curbed! The check engine light came on while driving. Disheartened! Thinking quick I took the car to an auto zone, that was conveniently located within walking distance of the dealership. Experience with my car has taught me that they are a car guys friend. I went to get the light read. But unfortunately they weren't able to do so because according to them someone had tampered with the connectors and they weren't going to be able to check the issue RED FLAG #2. So with that I took the car back to Key Auto Brokers and told Henry Schiavi what was going on. He had a connector that was able to connect but couldn't get a read on what the code was. I should've stopped there, got my deposit and gone home but me being who I am and knowing how far and how many months I've been looking for a car. I headed to the nearest manufactures dealership. Thankfully, it was only about 15-20 mins away. I got there, paid the $100 fee just to check and at the end of it, was floored to find out the cost of repairs would total more than 3gs. AND the issue, same exact things I had been dealing with. Leaking oil, with some sensor having to be replaced, meaning it would not pass inspection in my state. I wanted to leave with deposit but this crap bag, stated he would mail it and Rick Jones the owner, another dirtbag the reason why I couldn't leave with my money. After 6months of being dodged, I had to drive back to get my $$$. If I could only upload the video of events. Stay the "F" away from this place!
